I could be mistaken, but I believe this song to be their shortest recorded/released song from 1981 and released on Walk Among Us a bit later. Also fairly sure this was the only “produced” video they made during those years, as awesome and unproduced as it is. I’ve posted this vid before but it’s too good not to use in my list.

The most important 6 minutes you’ll spend today. I’m seeing a little bit of a momentum shift here recently. This campaign is gaining some steam and I love it. Instead of previous advertisement, articles, and informational videos, which aim to just increase awareness of genetically modified foods, RT takes it a step further [where it needs to be] and places the blame on the Big Ag corps and their dirty relationship with US & state governments. 

They even mentioned dairy labeling, which I posted about months ago. Not only is labeling not required, those companies who wish to inform their consumers that they actually care enough about their customers to not include GMO/GE ingredients by labeling as such, they are punished for doing so. How fucking backwards is that? 

Definitely worth a reblog. As silly as it may seem to watch a cartoon, but it’s amazing how 10 minutes of a man talking to an alien puts things in perspective. The only disagreement I have is that they reference politicians in their positions for a “short time”. Short terms, yes, however when we “elect” the same turds into the same positions over and over and over… what was it Einstein said about expecting different results from doing the exact same thing? Who’s fault is that? Either we’re all stupid, or our whole “voting” system of representation is fraudulent. Perhaps both???
