10 ways to get GMOs out of your home
This is a good read. I’ve posted quite a bit regarding the dangers of genetically modified organisms and genetically engineered foods. There’s plenty to read and always more to learn. However, rarely are there realistic instructions on what to do. Most people disregard a lot of the dangers because they’re simply to lazy to realize they are real and it’s not that hard to nearly eradicate them from your life.
If nothing else, do your best to eliminate what you can. Even as particular as I am about the subject, I understand that there are going to be question marks at times, for instance, when I eat out. I’m not that naive to think that every ingredient would pass my approval. At the very least, however, I can nearly eliminate GMOs from the food in my house, or at least what I’m eating. And with the exception of a few products, it’s been an easy and unnoticeable transition.
Keep in mind reading this link, that they are obviously pimping the products that carry the “non-gmo verified” label, which is great, but certainly does not mean every product that doesn’t use that label is in fact GMO. It just takes a little effort on your part to inspect the ingredient list.
